I’m Teresa Calderon-Rouse, the owner and artist behind Sinful Beauty. My path into the beauty industry wasn’t the traditional one—it was a personal and transformative shift driven by the belief that every woman deserves to feel powerful, confident, and truly seen. Before discovering my passion for lashes, I worked in the medical field. In 2016, life redirected me toward esthetics, and after graduating, I began my lash career in early 2017. What started as a small lash studio in Arizona has since evolved into a full beauty sanctuary here in Colorado Springs. Sinful Beauty is more than a salon. It’s a space built with intention, artistry, and my signature pink-and-black aesthetic—designed to uplift and inspire confidence in every client. I specialize in customized lash services from Classic to Mega Volume, as well as lash lifts, with hair services now offered by my daughter-in-law, Mercedes. Together, we’re proud to create a family-centered beauty experience rooted in care and quality. This journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve moved states, rebuilt my business from the ground up, and navigated challenges that shaped me into the artist I am today. I’m proud of the environment I’ve created—a place where beauty feels elevated, personal, and welcoming, where clients become friends, and friends become family. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made 24 hours in advance.
New client deposits are non refundable unless 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits go towards your first appointment.
Clients who fail to show up or cancel their appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge for the missed appointment.
If you are running behind for your lash appointment please let us know, ten minutes late without notification will result in the appointment being canceled and treated as a no show, resulting in a 50% fee. Sinful Beauty reserves the right to charge the card on file, for any cancellations with less than 24 hours or notice and no shows.
I do not accommodate individuals under 16 years old.
Due to the nature of the appointment no children please.
