I made a major career shift in 2016, leaving the medical field to pursue Esthetics at Penrose Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. Rather than focusing on skincare, I found my true passion in the lash industry and began my journey in January 2017. By August of that same year, I proudly opened my own lash studio in Arizona. I’m dual certified through Borboleta, a highly respected lash supplier known for their quality products and advanced education. Recently, my husband, daughter, and I relocated to Colorado, where I opened a new lash studio to continue offering top-tier lash extension services. I hold dual esthetician licenses in both Arizona and Colorado, ensuring I meet the highest professional standards. My focus is to deliver a premium lash extension experience while prioritizing the health of your natural lashes. I exclusively use professional-grade products sourced from trusted lash suppliers for both safety and superior results. I specialize in C curl lash extensions because of their soft, natural, yet full appearance. They allow me to achieve the perfect balance of length and volume, creating a beautifully enhanced but effortless look.

Beauty has always been a part of Mercedes Rouse’s life. Raised in Utah and inspired by her beautician grandmother, Mercedes had an early love for all things beauty. While she first considered nails in high school, it wasn’t until moving to Arizona, getting married, and working as a caregiver during the COVID-19 pandemic—often helping clients with their hair—that she realized her true passion and enrolled at Avalon Institute in Mesa, Arizona. Since graduating, Mercedes’s career has grown quickly. Within six months at Supercuts, she became a manager, then advanced to technical trainer, mentoring others in Supercuts’ techniques and culture. Her fast rise wasn’t just about skill—it was her ability to build genuine relationships. To Mercedes, clients aren’t appointments; they’re family. Known for her spunky personality, creative flair, and precise yet efficient work, Mercedes is detail-oriented, values client comfort, and is passionate about continuous learning. She’s always seeking to evolve and help others grow as well. Looking ahead, Mercedes plans to expand her services and take advanced classes in updos, highlights, and lightening techniques. Her commitment to her craft is matched by her dedication to making every client feel confident, comfortable, and truly seen.
